1. Service Agreement

By engaging Cimudajro's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our transmission repair and vehicle specialist services are provided in accordance with German law and applicable regulations.

2. Service Description

Cimudajro provides transmission repairs, diagnostics, and vehicle specialist services. Service scope is determined upon inspection and confirmed in writing before work commences.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• Prices quoted are inclusive of materials and labor unless specified otherwise
• Warranty claims must be reported within 14 days of service completion

4. Liability & Warranty

Cimudajro warrants all services for 12 months from completion. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the service cost paid.

5. Data Protection & GDPR

Your personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR. We collect only necessary information for service delivery and contact purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Cancellation & Returns

Services cannot be cancelled once work has commenced. Vehicle parts removed during service may incur restocking fees. Defective parts may be returned within 30 days for replacement under warranty.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bielefeld courts.
